Subject: STORM Benchmark
Thanks for your review and comments on the STORM benchmark.  

I am glad to learn that you could configure and use the benchmark 
fairly quickly.

We did spend quite a bit of time optimizing Hibernate implementation 
but, not knowing it that well, we might have missed on some 
optimizations.  We sure would like to have the best possible 
implementation from you.

Regarding outer joins, lazy, eager loading, query pagination etc., 
they are all available in JDX.  They are exposed in different ways 
without necessarily using these terms.  Anyway, I would like to keep 
this discussion focused on the benchmark.
